The Prime Max Women's Championship is a pro wrestling women's championship owned by Prime Max Wrestling under PowerLife Wrestling Group and Threedom Productions, this title belt was created on January 2026 and reintroduce since the retiring Rapid Fire Wrestling Women's Championship. Prime Max Women's Championship is contested for the women's division with it's counterpart is Prime Max Men's Championship is for the men's division.
The title introduce on March 12, 2026 when Pauline Mendoza become the inaugural holder of the Prime Max Men's title outlast 20 competitors lastly eliminated Arabelle dela Cruz in a Queen of Prime Max battle royal at Queen of Prime Max.
The current champion is Thea Astley won her first reign of the title defeating Pauline Mendoza at Prime Max Women's Revolution last June 6, 2026.
